BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o d;h'at the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 29, 2007, at a
rtn4imum cost of $2, 000 . 00, for preparation of a State
�Re�-,reational Trails grant to be used for the development of a

Jr-ail between 6th Street and 18th Street on the south side of the
4i-dar River as part of the River Renaissance project, by and
between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of
n� Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
as hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
