ORDINANCE NO. 5179
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2007 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY
ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH 2, OF SUBSECTION C, OF
SECTION 3-4B-6, FIREARMS, JEWELRY, AND
PRECIOUS METALS RECORDS REGISTER, OF ARTICLE
B, SECONDHAND GOODS DEALERS, OF CHAPTER 4,
OF BUSINESSES RELATING TO SALES, OF TITLE 3,
BUSINESS AND LICENSE REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subparagraph 2, of Subsection C, of Section 3-4B-6,
Firearms, Jewelry, and Precious Metals Records Register, of
Article B, Secondhand Goods Dealers, of Chapter 4, of Businesses
Relating to Sales, of Title 3, Business and License Regulations,
of the 2007 Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby added as follows:
CHAPTER 4
BUSINESSES RELATING TO SALES
ARTICLE B. SECONDHAND GOODS DEALERS
3-4B-6: FIREARMS, JEWELRY, AND PRECIOUS METALS RECORDS
REGISTER:
2. Each secondhand dealer shall deliver said tickets to
the Waterloo Police Department by Monday at four
o'clock (4:00) p.m., or if said Monday is a holiday,
by four o'clock (4:00) p.m. on the next business day.
