ORDINANCE NO. 5181
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SECTION 541A, DECREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND ADDING
SUBSECTION (1) FRANKLIN STREET TO SECTION
541A, DECREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 541A, Decreasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas,
of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby added, and Franklin Street is
added and enacted as follows:
(1) Franklin Street -
from E. 7th to E. Mullan 30 mph
