_ RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR
F.Y. 2007 .

s ti BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s follows:
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in
tie Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Tpwa at 5 : 30 p.m. , on the 29th day of May, 2007, for the purpose
(�if considering and acting upon the amendment of the current
budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending June
N 3,0, 2007, by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
appropriations.
N_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amendment of the current budget
fpr the City of Waterloo, be and the same is hereby approved.
