RESOLUTION NO. 2020-226 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH DOLLY JAMES 2, LLC, AND HI YIELD, LLC, ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2015, TO RE-ASSIGN THE AGREEMENT TO 6 COMM PROPERTIES, LLC, ADJUSTING COMPLETION AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT DATES AND INCLUDE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE PROJECT AREA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement, originally executed September 8, 2015, between Dolly James 2, LLC, Hi Yield, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to re-assign the Agreement to 6 Comm Properties, LLC, adjusting Completion and Minimum Assessment Agreement dates and including additional property within the project area, be amended and approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
