ORDINANCE NO. 5183 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1-4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South Quarter corner of aforesaid Section Thirty-three (33); thence N90°00100"W Six Hundred Ninety-six and Thirty-one Hundredths (696.31) feet along the South line of aforesaid Southwest Quarter (SW 1-4) to the Southerly extension of the East line of Parcel "A", Misc. Book 296, Page 832 in the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office and to the point of beginning; thence NO1°40'30"W Three Hundred Twenty-five (325.00) feet along said Southerly extension, and along said East line; thence N90°00'00"W One Hundred Seventy- six (176.00) feet along a line parallel to the aforesaid South line to the East line of Parcel "J", Misc. Book 332, Page 723, aforesaid Recorder's Office; thence S01°40'30"E Three Hundred Twenty-five (325.00) feet along said East line of Parcel "J", and along the Southerly extension thereof, to aforesaid South line; thence N90°00'00"E One Hundred Seventy-six (176.00) feet along said South line to the point of beginning containing 1.31 Acres; now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 1.31 acres of land located at 1850 West Ridgeway Avenue, as "R -2,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial District as above described. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
