— RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
- SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EMERGENCY GENERATORS
s INSTALLATION AT FIRE STATIONS 1, 3, 4, 5, 6
AND 8 .
z WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator

_s WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7,

_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WXrERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Emergency Generators Installation at Fire
Stations 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2007 .
