o WHEREAS, Family YMCA has requested that they be allowed to

a.m. , with the route to begin and end at the YMCA on South

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VOATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Family YMCA to hold 2007
