-- WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,

omsidered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
3ra preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
4ereby preliminarily approved.
