- RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
ti DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement dated April 23, 2007, for Surface
T--tansportation Program (STP) funds in the amount of $453, 376. 00,
'a required city match in the amount of $194, 304 . 00, to be used
for- building of overlooks along the Cedar River as part of the
' Ri-6arfront Renaissance Project, by and between Iowa Department of
T±ahsportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
i--s hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
