This contract made and entered into this (230-tday of M , 2016, by and between the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as City), and

WITNESSETH:
Supplier agrees to supply and deliver the U.S. 218 video detection systems for 4 signalized
intersections from Mitchell Ave to 18th Street, and furnish all equipment, materials, and parts
called for in the Contract Documents including the Specifications for the prices set forth in
Supplier's proposal, which was accepted by the City, and which is understood and agreed to
be a part of this contract.
Contractor understands, agrees with, and is bound by the terms of and conditions contained
in the Contract Documents.
