RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 2007 CITY OF
r WATERLOO ROOF PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
OXcial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc-= , for the F. Y. 2007 City of Waterloo Roof Project, in the City
of. Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
