CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is also needed in basement and needs to be in working condition. Violation Comments IPMC 304.10 Stairs and porches need to be maintained structurally sound, in good repair, and be capable of supporting the imposed loads. Concrete stairs are broken and need replaced. Also need approved handrails on porch to house. IPMC 605 Electrical needs repaired. All switches and outlets need approved covers. Ceiling fan in living room not wired correctly. Electric panel in basement missing breaker and panel is not grounded. 10/3 wire to 220 V dryer needs secured to code and 220 V box needs secured to wall. All light fixtures need approved covers/globes on inside and outside of house. All lights fixtures need bulbs installed that are missing. Open electric wires in wall in living room need terminated. Open electric on front entry. IPMC 304.13 304.14 All windows need to be in good repair and weather tight. Windows need to be easily openable and capable of preforming their intended function. All windows need approved locks and hardware installed. Screens need to be in place on all habitable rooms windows. IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint in unit needs corrected. All surfaces shall be maintained in good condition. IPMC 504 Water heater does not have a cold water shut off valve. PEX lines installed to washer not secured to code. All fixtures shall be maintained in a safe and functional condition. Bathroom sink does not drain properly. Toilet is not set on floor mounting base toilet moves on floor. Standing water in basement need corrected. IPMC 304.15 All doors, assemblies, and hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Door need to be weather tight, have proper molding installed around doors, and doors shall tightly secure door to jam. Back door is not weather tight and front door jam is busted in several areas. IPMC 304.12 Handrails are needed to upstairs, basement & on front steps. IPMC 304.5 Stairs to basement the treads need replaced. Treads are not an approved tread material. Upstairs treads are loose in areas and need treads replaced. IPMC 108.1.2 Stove is unsafe to the occupants because of faulty igniters and stove does not function as intended. Replace stove.
