CO detectors need to be in working condition. Smoke detectors in common hallways need to be working and smoke detector in laundry room needs to work. Common hallway detectors shall in working condition. IPMC 309 Cockroach infestation need to have exterminated. Multiple unit buildings it shall be the responsibility of the owner. IPMC 603 Refrigerator is leaking from inside of refrigerator. IPMC 504 Toilet needs re-set on floor. IFC 315 Storage in mechanical closet is not allowed. Remove all items from storage room.
