IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
CO detectors need to be in working condition.
Smoke detectors in common hallways need to be
working and smoke detector in laundry room needs
to work.
Common hallway detectors shall in working
condition.
IPMC 309 Cockroach infestation need to have exterminated.
Multiple unit buildings it shall be the responsibility of
the owner.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator is leaking from inside of refrigerator.
IPMC 504 Toilet needs re-set on floor.
IFC 315 Storage in mechanical closet is not allowed. Remove
all items from storage room.
IPMC 505.4 Water heater is outdated and not performing as
manufactured. (WH 6/1995)
IFC 605.5 Multiple adapters in use and need removed. Power
strips with re-set capabilities shall be used.
IPMC 602&603 Clean all registers and cold air returns in unit.
AC to unit is not working and shall be
repaired/replaced.
Dryer vents shall be cleaned and behind dryer
excess lint needs removed from walls and floor.
IPMC 304.15 Front door to unit shall be maintained in good
condition and capable of closing and operating.
Door does not fit well in opening and hardware and
locks do not slow door to secure tightly in jamb.
IBC 716.5 Fire doors shall be capable of closing and latching.
Doors shall not be held in the open position.
IPMC 305 Repair all holes in walls.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguishers are needed in building. !st
floor and laundry room are missing and 2nd floor
extinguisher has been discharged.
