Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need a smoke detector in hallway outside of
bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed in basement.
Violation Comments
IPMC 605 Electric box not attached to a wall just hanging from
wires in basement. Portions of unit# 1 electric not
working. Scott Electric was advised to contact
Electric Inspector to get new service to the 2 unit
structure to code.
IPMC 504 Sanitary stack in basement is split and needs to be
replaced. Have plumber obtain permits and
inspections.
Richmond water Manufactured in 2018 that is in
basement was installed with no permits and
inspections. Have licensed plumber make the
corrections and obtain inspections.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors need replaced/repaired. Doors have
latch locks and those are not allowed. Doors shall fit
reasonably well within its frame and shall be capable
of being opened and closed. Doors shall close and
latch and capable of securing with the approved
door hardware.The latches in place prevent egress
from bedroom and is a fire safety hazard.
