IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector needed in
vicinity of the bedroom. Smoke detector is needed in
basement.

IPMC 304.3 Premises identification is needed identifying all
apartments.
IPMC 304.10 Need to repair balusters on front stairs and stairs to
unit#3. Need gripable handrail on all stairs.
IPMC 605 Replace all damaged/burned outlets. Replace light
fixture on living room. Light in kitchen needs
replaced.Water damage on fixture and no globe on
light.
IPMC 306 Repair/replace kitchen cabinets. Missing drawer
fronts and drawers. Kitchen sink base is damaged
and needs repaired. Replace kitchen counter.
IPMC 305.4 Kitchen floor is not maintained in good condition.
IPMC 305 Repair/replace kitchen ceilings. Repair all holes in all
ceilings throughout. Replace loose drywall on wall by
front door to#2. Repair all water damaged areas.

trees. Egress path blocked out of basement.
