IPMC 308 Large accumulation of debris in basement needs removed. IPMC 702 Egress path out of basement blocked by debris. Egress door to side of house is blocked. IPMC 305 Interior surfaces shall be maintained in good,clean, &sanitary condition. Potential mold on basement walls and window sills. IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets missing doors and need repaired. IPMC 304.15 Front door jam broken and door is broken. Replace door and jam so it will be maintained in weather tight condition. Screen door shock is not attached to jam.
