IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed
in basement. CO detector is needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.

IPMC 305.4 Living room floor needs repaired. Floor shall be
maintained in good condition. Eposed tack strop
needs removed. Bathroom walls need repaired. No
abraded, peeling,or flaking paint shall occur.
Kitchen floors need repaired.All floors shall be
maintained in sound condition&good repair.
IPMC 304.13 Windows,frames, &screens shall be maintained in
good condition.Windows shall be weather tight and
be capable of being opened.Window AC not working
not keeping window weather tight. Bedroom windows
need repaired.
IPMC 605 Several outlets throughout house not working.
Several outlets have tension issues and need
replaced. Have outlets checked to ensure they are
applicable to meet code. Lights hanging from ceiling
in basement. Ceiling fan in bedroom is unsafe and
not balanced when running.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces shall be maintained in good,clean,
&sanitary condition.Appearance of mold on
windows and in basement.
Bathroom tiles falling off walls and needs re-tiled.
Need to install newtub surround on bath tub.
IPMC 602 No heat in kids bedroom No heat in living room.
Heating system shall be capable of maintained 68
degrees. Heat duct in not attached to furnace and
needs repaired. Furnace shall checked and have
new filter installed.
IPMC 504 Tub is leaking into basement. Large amount of
water is on basement floor.
IPMC 308 Large accumulation of debris in basement needs
removed.
IPMC 702 Egress path out of basement blocked by debris.
Egress door to side of house is blocked.
IPMC 305 Interior surfaces shall be maintained in good,clean,
&sanitary condition. Potential mold on basement
walls and window sills.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets missing doors and need repaired.
IPMC 304.15 Front door jam broken and door is broken. Replace
door and jam so it will be maintained in weather tight
condition. Screen door shock is not attached to jam.
