IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need a smoke detector in basement.
Violation Comments
IPMC 605 220 V outlet for kitchen stove will need to be
checked to ensure no damage occurred from fire
with the stove. In the event damage did occur
receptacle shall be replaced in accordance with the
code.Also check outlets and switches with the area
where the fire originated.
Have a licensed electrician check to ensure electrical
system is safe where fire occurred.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for listed rental property. Rental registration can be
obtained online or contact the City Clerk's Office to
get registered.
IPMC 306 Component serviceability with regards to kitchen
cabinets being fire damaged. Cabinets shall be
maintained in good repair,sound condition,and in a
sanitary condition.
Stove was damaged by the fire and will need to be
replaced.
IPMC 604.3.2 The provisions of this section shall govern the repair
and replacement of the electrical systems and
equipment that have been e)posed to fire.
