IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are not installed to meet renal
code. Need 1 outside of the bedroom and 1 in the
bedroom. CO detector is needed in vicinity of the
bedroom not in the living room.

IPMC 108.1.2 Unsafe equipment to include the stove. Strong smell
of gas in unit. Stove is not working and will need
replaced. Stove is a hazard to life, health, property&
safety to the occupants.
IPMC 305.4 Floor in hallway and bedroom is not structurally
sound and maintained in good condition. Floors are
not capable of supporting normal imposed loads and
need repaired/replaced.
IPMC 304.3 Need premises identification on apartment door.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is still
needed for listed address. Court Order in place for
listed address.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed.
IPMC 106.3&108.6 Abatement methods not complied with or corrected
an order shall be sent to the courts for an order to
vacate the building.
