IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed
in basement. CO detector is needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.
IPMC 304.13 Basement windows still not replaced.Windows are
leaking and windows and frames shall be kept in
sound condition and good repair.
IPMC 304.15 Front door&rear door need adjusted to close and
secure without forcing lock sets to lock.Tim is
missing on rear door that is still not replaced.
IPMC 403.2 Bath fan needs to exhaust tot the exterior. Spray
foam is used to stop debris from falling from ceiling
and this is not fire rated and not approved for this
application.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets are missing drawer fronts.
IPMC 305 Potential mold growth on basement walls from
leaking windows.All surfaces shall be maintained in
clean,good, and sanitary condition.
