IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms.CO detectors needed in vicinity
of the bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed in attic.
IRC 311.7.8 Handrails need to comply with code on all stairs.
IPMC 305 Peeling&abraded paint shall be corrected. Paint on
windowframe have the potential to have lead and
lead base needs to be corrected if present.
All holes in walls need repaired.
Floors&surfaces shall be maintained in good
condition.condition.
Need transition strips in place where trip hazards can
occur.
Ceiling in kitchen needs repaired.
Kitchen counter needs replaced. Counter not
secured to cabinet.
IPMC 304.13 Need to repair all broken windows and missing
windows. Every window except a fixed window shall
be easily operable and capable of being held in the
position by window hardware.
IPMC 605 Need switch covers and outlet covers on several
fixtures in unit.
Outlets in kitchen are wired with Hot/neutral
reversed. Outlet in bathroom is not grounded.
Licensed electrician will need to make corrections.
Exposed romex in hallway from kitchen to bathroom.
Multiple outlet in use in bedroom.These are not
allowed and need removed.
Ceiling fan has exposed wires.
All lights will need approved globes.
IPMC 702 Egress path is blocked by a refrigerator in hallway.
IPMC 304.15 Rear door is not maintained weather tight.
Entrance door and hardware need to maintained in
good condition and capable of securing door.
Main entrance door is missing trim.
IPMC 304.10 Stairs at rear door need replaced. Deck and stairs
are unsafe.
IFC 1025 Egress path need lighting at door @ rear door.
IPMC 108.1.2 Electric in unit is unsafe and needs corrected by
licensed electrician.
