IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.Smoke Detector is needed
in basement.COO detectors are needed in vicinity
of the bedrooms.
I(PMC 305 Interior walls have peeling paint that needs
corrected. Kitchen floors need replaced. Basement
carpet is wet from water leak.
Ceiling in bathroom need finished.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in good
condition. Bathroom mink cabinet should be
replaced.
IPMC 504 Shower needs repaired. Shower is missing shower
head. Basement drain is not draining and backing up
in basement. Kitchen drain pipe not supported to
code in basement. Pipe is leaking all over basement
wall.
Laundry in basement is draining into floor drain.
IPMC 304.15 Doors missing hardware and locks are not in working
condition. Dead bolt in rear door is broken. Missing
door trim and closet doors shall be in place.
IPMC 605 Electric service on rear of house is detached from
house and will need repaired. Service is worn and
should be replaced.
Outlet in kitchen is not secured in wall box.
Basement outlets not secured to wall just hanging by
romex.
IPMC 603 Oven is not working and needs replaced.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails are needed to basement.
IPMC 702 Basement is NOT to be used for sleeping purposes
because no egress window is in basement.
IPMC 403.2 Bath fan shall exhaust to the exterior of the house.
