IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed to be installed to code.
CO detectors are needed in vicinity of bedrooms.
IPMC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is still needed.
IPMC 504 Sink in bathroom has no drain tube.ALL plumbing
fixtures need to be in good condition and be
maintained in working order.
IPMC 305 Floor in kitchen has received water damage from
water leak. Floors shall be maintained in good
condition. Carpet has been torn up and sub floor is
now exposed.
The interior of a structure and equipment therein
shall be maintained in good repair, structurally
sound and in a sanitary condition.
