CO detectors are needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Violation Comments 9-7-4 9-7-5 9-7-7 Landlord license and rental registration still needed. Also inspections required to ensure corrections have been made. IPMC 304.10 Need landings on each side of all egress doors. IPMC 305.4 Stairs shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair.
