IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO detectors are needed to
be installed to meet code.
9-7-4 9-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is still
needed for listed address.

Handrail is needed on front steps.
Handrails needed to upstairs
IPMC 605 4-season room outlet needs replaced. All outlets and
switches need approved covets. Electric panel in
basement needs screws for cover. Panel is not
grounded per NEC requirements.
IPMC 304.7 Sofit needs to be enclosed on exterior of house.
IPMC 304.2 Exterior of house needs siding. Exposed wood and
missing siding on rear of house.
IPMC 304.13 Trim missing around a lot of the windows and these
will need repaired. Window in attic needs installed.
IPMC 305 Bath closet walls need to be completed. Walls have
voids where fire can potentially get into walls.
Several areas in house need walls completed with
the installation of drywall.
IPMC 603 Heat run in attic needs installed to cede. Stove in
unit not in operating condition.
IPMC 307 Guards need installed going to basement.

Hot water heater was installed since last inspection
without permits & inspections. Obtain permits and
inspections for the new water heater. Sump pump in
basement needs disconnected from the sanitary
sewer. Remove 6" PVC pipe in basement at base of
sanitary stack.
IPMC 305.4 Flooring in kitchen has open strips and needs
molding installed.
Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit.
Front door needs to be weather tight.
