IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in bedrooms and outside
of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in vicinity of
the bedrooms. Units B&F

IFC 906 Updated fire extinguishers needed in building.
Current extinguishers dated 11/2009(Superior)
IPMC 305.4 Interior stairs to upper units from back door has
carpet pulling off stairs and making them unsafe
because of the trip hazard. Carpet needs replaced
or re-laid on stairs.
IPMC 605 Electrical breaker for kitchen is tripping from
potential over load. Have breaker checked and
check branch circuit. Unit B
IFC 315 Storage in mechanical closed need 3 ft clearance
around furnace and water heater. Remove items
stored in mechanical closet. Unit B
IPMC 305.2 Medicine cabinet has fallen off wall. Holes in walls
where cabinet was mounted. Repair hole and install
medicine cabinet. Unit F
IPMC 605 Globes are needed for all lights in units. Unit F
Bulbs are needed to be installed in missing fixture
sockets in bathroom. Unit F
IPMC 504 Bathroom faucet needs a new faucet installed
because the cold water side does not currently work.
IFC 1008 Egress lighting is needed. Lights not working in
common areas.
IFC 202 Fire doors in common area where laundry room is
located need to stay closed and not held open.
IPMC 305.4 Rear egress door floor is not maintained in good
condition. Rug is nailed down and floor under rug is
not maintained. Repair floor at rear egress door.
IPMC 305 All holes in walls in common areas need repaired.
Holes need repaired with drywall to prevent the
spread of fire which potentially can get inside walls.
