IPMC 305.4 Rear egress door floor is not maintained in good condition. Rug is nailed down and floor under rug is not maintained. Repair floor at rear egress door. IPMC 305 All holes in walls in common areas need repaired. Holes need repaired with drywall to prevent the spread of fire which potentially can get inside walls.
