Have infestation promptly exterminated by an approved processes that will not be injurious to the occupants. IPMC 304.7 Several ice dams on house potentially causing water leaks to house. Repair all areas that have water damage. IPMC 702 Egress door in back is blocked and not accessible.A safe continuous unobstructed path shall be provided.
