IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each room used for
sleeping purposes. CO detectors needed in vicinity
of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement.

9-7-49-7-5 Rental registration is only for 1 unit. 2 units at listed
address. Need updated rental registration for listed
address.
IPMC 304.3 No premises identification listed for 2 units.
IPMC 304.15 Entry doors have broken jams and doors are not
weather tight. Doors are damaged and not
maintained in good condition.All doors to units shall
be maintained in good condition and meet fire code
for fire separation.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors are broken and missing. Interior doors
shall fit reasonably well within its frame and shall be
capable of being opened and closed by properly
securing to the jambs.
IPMC 403.2 Bath exhaust is not currently working. Birds
potentially nesting in flue to the outside.
IPMC 504 Bathtub and surround need replaced. Fixtures shall
be properly installed and maintained in working
condition. Fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,
sanitary and functional condition.
IPMC 305 All holes in walls need repaired. Peeling and
abraded paint needs corrected. Several areas in
kitchen, back bedroom,and dining room ceilings
have water damage where it is leaking.
Repair/replace all missing trim on floor,walls,and

not working. Have a licensed electrical contractor
make required corrections to meet code.
Electric cover missing on furnace switch on
Goodman furnace.
All lights shall require globes installed on fuxtures.
IPMC 603 IRC 105 Furnace installed in basement does not have proper
permits and inspections. Contact licensed contractor
to obtain permits and inspections.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets missing doors and drawer fronts.
have cabinets repaired.
IPMC 309 Mice and mice feces in unit. Have infestation
promptly exterminated by an approved processes
that will not be injurious to the occupants.
IPMC 304.7 Several ice dams on house potentially causing water
leaks to house. Repair all areas that have water
damage.
IPMC 702 Egress door in back is blocked and not accessible.A
safe continuous unobstructed path shall be
provided.
IFC 605.5 Multiple adapters in use in unit and are not allowed
and shall be removed.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls leaking in basement.

IPMC 108.1.3 Structure in its current condition is unfit to occupy
because of lack of maintenance, electric hazards,
insanitary bathroom,and IPMC violations pertaining
to rental regulations.
