IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
CO detectors needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
Smoke detector is needed in basement.

IPMC 504 Sink leaking in kitchen. Leaking in cabinet.
Drain stack PVC in basement replaced with out
permits. Currently very unstable and not supported
to meet code. Pex line is not supported to code
along ceiling of basement.
Serve water leak in basement from pipes leaking.
IPMC 605 Electrical panel in basement is missing breakers and
panel cover is off. Electric service is not grounded.
IPMC 304.13 Windows are capable of opening. Every window
other that a fixed window shall be easily openable
and capable of being held in the position by window
hardware.
IPMC 305.4 Laminate flooring not maintained in a safe sound
condition. Floor is unlocking and pulling up at
seams. Need transition strips to be in place.
Baseboard molding pulling out and not attached in
areas of the hallway.
Walls in side entrance missing drywall and molding.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be kept free from open cracks
and breaks.
IPMC 304.15 Front door shall be maintained in good condition.
Threshold needs replaced and door needs to fit in
its opening and be capable of performing its
intended function&be weather tight. Side entrance
door needs replaced or needs to be installed to
meet code. Door is not weather tight.
IPMC 308 Remove all debris that is in basement.
IPMC 304.10 Deck boards are not maintained in good condition.
Boards need to be replaced. Deck is not structurally
sound with property anchorage and capable of
supporting imposed loads.
IPMC 304.7 Soffit missing boards and vents. Severe ice dams on
house potential to cause injury if dams break away
from the roof.
IPMC 603 Need to replace furnace filters.
Stove does not work at manufactures requirements.
IPMC 306 Kitchen counter tops not attached to the cabinets
and cabinets not attached to walls.
IPMC 102.5 Workmanship: Repairs, &alterations need permits
and inspections.Work needs to be done by licensed
contractors licensed to do work in Waterloo for
electric and plumbing that need to be corrected.
