Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Outlets missing covers and receptacles pulling out of
the wall. Outlet in front bathroom not working.
Switches in back bathroom need replaced switches
are weak.All equipment and wiring shall be properly
installed and maintained in a safe and approved
manner.
All lights fixtures shall have the proper globes
attached to fixture.
IPMC 504 Toilet not working and back bathroom toilet not
draining because it is backing up.All fixtures shall be
properly installed and maintained in working order
and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and
defects.
Water leak under kitchen sink.Appearance of mold
is forming under kitchen cabinet.
IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint shall be corrected.
IPMC 305.4 Floors in kitchen, living room, and back bedroom
have soft spots with potential to fall through floor.
Kitchen has plywood over existing hole. Flooring
needs replaced. Every walking surface shall be
maintained in sound condition and good repair.
Flooring members shall be maintained free from
deterioration and shall be capable of safely
supporting the imposed loads.
IPMC 30.6 All doors shall be capable of being opened and
closed and properly securing with the approved
hardware. Doors not maintained with proper
hardware and doors broken.
IPMC 304.15 Front screen door needs replaced. Broken window
and door does not close and latch.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall have all drawers and drawer
fronts maintained in good condition and capable of
performing the intended function.
IPMC 603 Furnace need cleaned and vent covers in kitchen
need cleaned so appliances will remain in safe
working condition.
Thermostat on wall should be repaired or replaced.
Thermostat not attached to wall.
IPMC 102.2 Maintenance:equipment,systems, devices, and
safeguards required by code shall be maintained in
food working order. No owner shall cause any
service,facility, equipment or utility that is required
under the code to be removed or shut off or
disconnected for any dwelling that is occupied.
