Every walking surface shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair. Flooring members shall be maintained free from deterioration and shall be capable of safely supporting the imposed loads. IPMC 30.6 All doors shall be capable of being opened and closed and properly securing with the approved hardware. Doors not maintained with proper hardware and doors broken. IPMC 304.15 Front screen door needs replaced. Broken window and door does not close and latch. IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall have all drawers and drawer fronts maintained in good condition and capable of performing the intended function. IPMC 603 Furnace need cleaned and vent covers in kitchen need cleaned so appliances will remain in safe working condition. Thermostat on wall should be repaired or replaced. Thermostat not attached to wall. IPMC 102.2 Maintenance:equipment,systems, devices, and safeguards required by code shall be maintained in food working order.
