IPMC 504 Drain in basement still not draining after having drain
cleaner clean drain. System shall be kept free from
obstructions and maintained in a safe and functional
condition.
\Water heater is missing a discharge tube.

IPMC 605 Outlets in kitchen, in basement bedroom, and in
cove in basement ceiling are not grounded.Will
need outlets not grounded to be corrected.
IPMC 702 No egress window for room in basement. If room is
used for a bedroom it will need an egress window.
IPMC 305 Interior floors have had water damage and carpets
still wet from damage. Floors and surfaces shall be
in sanitary,sound, and good condition.
Upstairs bedroom has a terrible cat urine type smell.
Potential pad,carpet and wood floor under carpet
damage by cat urine. Mitigate urine smell in unit.
IPMC 404 The unit shall have refrigeration facilities that are in
working condition. It current refrigerator in place
does not work it will need replaced.
IPMC 403.2 Bath fan not exhausting air to the outside.
