IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed to be installed to meet
code.Also CO detectors are needed to be installed
to meet code requirements.
IPMC 108.1.3 Rental unit unfit to occupy in current condition.

IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect on rear of house for AC has no
cover. Electric cord running from basement to the
exterior of house.
IPMC 304.13 Several windows are not maintained in good
condition. Replace/repair all broken windows.
IRC 105 Permits and inspections are required for all work
being done.
IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment not being maintained in good
condition.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters and roof need repaired. Gutters are falling
off the house.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for rental unit. (2019).
