IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are missing where needed to meet
code.

IPMC 504 Water damage in bathroom ceiling&wall.Where
damage is found that a plumbing system in a
structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants
because of deterioration or damage to the system
the defects shall be corrected. Removed damage
ceiling tiles and drywall and replace.
IPMC 304.15 Weather strip on front door is needed.
IPMC 307 Handrail is still broken on front porch.Also on
today's inspection it was hard to get to unit with so
much snow on steps and walkway.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint in bedroom still not corrected. Surface
conditions on walls and bathroom ceiling shall be
corrected.
IPMC 605 Light in kitchen has a short and does not work all the
time.
