IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be installed to meet code
and need to be in working condition. Smoke detector
needed in bedroom and outside of the bedroom. CO
detector needed in vicinity of the bedroom.

IPMC 602.3 Heat supply needs to be in working condition and
able to maintain 68 degrees in unit. Currently tenant
using stove to heat unit.Window unit not able to
maintain temperature. Stove not allowed to be used
as a heat source.
IPMC 403.2 Bath fan not working and needs repaired.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher needed.
IPMC 504 Bath tub surround needs sealed so water will not get
behind surround. Potential for mold to grow and able
to get clean.
