Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
one outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detectors are
needed upstairs and in basement. CO detectors
needed outside of bedrooms and in upstairs
bedroom

maintain 68 degrees. Furnace needs done ASAP.
Heat runs not supply heat to some areas of the
house.
IPMC 305 Ceiling leaking in living room and dining room. Find
source of leak and repair. Repair damage drywall
from water damage.

Exhaust fan in bathroom shower will need to be GFCI
protected.
All outlets and switches will need approved covers
installed.
Ceiling fan in living room is unsafe. Fixture mounting
box is needed for light and wired correctly.
