IFC 907 915 IPMC 704
Smoke detectors are needed in the bedrooms and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are needed
in vicinity of the bedrooms.

9-7-7 Inspections required to ensure corrections have
been made.
IPMC 304.10 Need landings on each side of all egress doors.
IPMC 305.4 Stairs shall be maintained in sound condition and
good repair. Transition strips are coming off the
risers. Floor at apartment door is not maintained in
good condition.
IPMC 605 GFCI outlet in kitchen not working. Receptacle is not
installed with correct face plate and not secured in
fixture.
IRC 311 Egress doors shall be required to have a landing on
each side of the door.
IPMC 305 All peeling and abraded paint needs corrected.
IPMC 304.18.2 All windows located in unit shall be equipped with a
locking device.

All doors shall have approved locking devices on
doors. All hardware shall be maintained in good
condition. Jams and assemblies currently broken
and no latch or throws installed in jams.
