CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Violation Comments 9-7-4 9-7-5 Rental registration is needed for all rental property. This property is NOT registered. IPMC 304.3 Premises identification is needed. No address posted on outside of the house. IPMC 304.12 Handrail is needed on front steps. handrails needed to room upstairs. IPMC 605 Outlet in 4 - Season room needs replaced. All outlets and switches need approved covers. Several are missing in the entire house. Electric panel in basement needs screws for cover. Panel is believed not grounded per the requirements of the electric code. IPMC 304.7 IPMC 304.2 IPMC 108.1.3 IPMC 304.13 Sofit needs to be enclosed on exterior of house. Exterior of house needs sided. Exposed wood and missing siding on rear of house. Structure is unfit to occupy. Mold present in house and unfit for occupancy because of the degree of lack of maintenance, insanitary, no hot water, mold/contamination and other essential items required by the rental code. Trim is missing around a lot of the windows an d these will need installed. Window in attic needs installed to meet code. IPMC 305 Bath closet walls need to be completed. Walls have voids where fire can get into walls. Several areas in house need walls completed with the installation of sheet rock. Walls going to basement need drywall installed. IPMC 603 Heat run in attic needs installed to code. Furnace is making loud noise while in the running mode and will need replaced/repaired. Stove in unit is not working and will need to be replaced. IPMC 307 Guard needs to be installed on basement stairs. IPMC 504 & 505.4 IPMC 305.4 Unit does not have hot water and water heater does not work. New water heater in basement needs to be installed with PERMITS & INSPECTIONS and installed by licensed contractor licensed to do installation. Sump[ pump needs disconnected from the sanitary sewer. Plumbing pipe in basement needs installed to meet code. Flooring in kitchen has open strips and needs molding installed. All walking surfaces shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair. IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher needed in unit. IPMC 304.15 Font door needs to be weather tight. Door currently lets cold air in through base and around door. Violation Comments IRC 105 Permits are needed for any work done to this rental unit. Windows installed did not have permits. New water heater in basement IPMC 108.1.2 Unsafe equipment to include heating equipment.
