IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in the bedroom and
one outside of the bedroom. Updated dual smoke
detectors are needed to meet code.

IPMC 309 Infestation in unit shall be exterminated by an
approved process that will not be injurious to
occupants. Multiple occupancy units it shall be the
responsibility of the owner for the elimination.
Infestation potential to be bedbugs.There is
observation of the infestation at time of inspection.
Have entire building exterminated by an approved
process and provide documentation that
extermination was complete.
IPMC 306 The kitchen cabinets are missing drawer fronts.
Components of the structure shall be maintained in
good repair.
IPMC 604&605 Every building shall be provided with an electrical
system. Currently building is without power.
Broken globe on light fixture in kitchen needs
replaced.
IPMC 504 Shower head needs replaced.
