outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are needed
in vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.3 Premises identification is needed on all apartment
doors.
IFC 906 Fire extinguishers need to be lowered on wall. Mount
fire extinguishers maximum of 5'feet.
IRC 311.3 Exterior door needs a 3'ft landing on exterior side of
the door. handrails are also needed on stairs.
IPMC 305.4 Stairway to upper apartments from back door needs
some treads replaced.Treads are sloped and not
stable.

Exterior electrical box on back of property will need a
weather rated cover on box. Entire box needs
replaced around service.

removed.

Basement is not a habitable space and all furniture
will need to be removed from the basement.
