IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint needs to be corrected in
unit. Bedrooms and bathroom have peeling and
abraded paint.Ceiling in hallway also needs
corrected.All holes in walls shall be repaired.

IPMC 605 SEU cable on electric service on exterior of the
house needs replaced. Have licensed contractor
replace the service on house.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and sofit area needs maintenance. Decayed
material in place in sofit area.
IPMC 304.2 Siding on house is falling off house. Several areas
are decayed some wood siding is falling off the
house.
IPMC 309 Monitor rodent infestation shall be done.An
approved process shall be in place to not be
injurious to the occupants. Rodents getting in house
through foundation holes.
IPMC 603 Condensate pump on furnace is still leaking all over
basement floor.
