IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detector in hallway outside of the
bedrooms. Need CO detector upstairs.
IPMC 603 Need register covers secured to walls. Need to install
a cap on vent pipe on chimney.

floor.Wax ring is failing and letting water leak into
basement.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation in house needs exterminated by
approved processes that will not be injurious to
occupants.

doors that have hinges that are broken.
IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguisher in house.
IPMC 304.13 Front door needs a weather strop installed.
IPMC 304.10 Back door porch is sinking into ground and
becoming unsafe.The step out of the door does not
meet code. Landing is sloped and hard to make the
step into the house.
