IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed to be installed to meet
code.Also CO detectors are needed to be installed
to meet code requirements.

IPMC 108.1.3 Rental unit is unfit to occupy. Rental unit does not
meet current rental code.
IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect on rear of house for the AC has
no cover.Also Electric cord running from basement
to the exterior of the house needs removed.
IPMC 304.13 Windows are not maintained in sound condition.
Picture window is broken on today's inspection and
bedroom window is missing on today's inspection.
Boarded windows in structure and all windows shall
be maintained in good condition.
IPMC 304.15 Doors are to be maintained in good condition. ON
today's inspection a new entry door was installed
without permits and inspections.
IRC105 Permits and inspections are required.
IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment shall be maintained in good
condition.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters and roof need to be repaired. Gutters are
falling off house and full of debris not allowing to
drain as intended.
9-7-49-7-5 2019 Rental registration is due and as of today's
inspection the City Clerk does not have current
registration.
IPMC 104.2 9-7-7 Rental inspection for the structure is required before
renting unit. Contact our office to schedule an
inspection so a certificate of occupancy can be
issued.
