and installed to meet code.CO detectors also need
to be installed to meet code.

IPMC 304.10 Concrete porch and landing to unit is unsafe and
needs replaced. Every exterior stairway, deck, &
porch shall be maintained in a structurally sound, in
good repair,with proper anchorage and capable of
supporting the imposed loads.
IPMC 305.1.1 (5) Stairs, landings, balconies and all similar walking
surfaces are not structurally sound and not capable
of supporting all nominal loads.
