IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector is missing in the bedroom.

IPMC 504 Water damaged ceiling&wall in bathroom.Where it
is found that a plumbing system in a structure
constitutes a hazard to the occupants because of
deterioration or damage to the system the defects
shall be corrected to eliminate the hazard. Remove
drywall, repair leak, and replace drywall when area
drys out.
IPMC 304.15 Weather strip still needed in front door.
IPMC 307 Handrail on front porch is broken on today's
inspection will need repaired.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint and defective surface conditions shall
be corrected.
