Comments
One fire extinguisher has been used and just laying
on floor in laundry area.
Large water leak in laundry area that has damaged
floor and walls. Floors and walls will need removed
and replaced.
IPMC 304.15
Rear fire egress door has been broken off the
hinges and laying in the yard. Door will need
replaced.
IPMC 308 Rubbish and garbage at premises. Interior shall be
free from any accumulation of rubbish and garbage.
IPMC 702 A safe continuous and unobstructed path of travel
shall be provided from any point in a building or
structure to the public way.
IPMC 304.18 Metal trim missing on apartment door on 3rd level.
Doors for all units shall be maintained in god
