Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed
in basement. CO detectors needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator is not working and will need replaced.
IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint will need corrected in
unit.
Bathroom walls and components around shower and
tub not maintained.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in good
condition. Missing drawer fronts and doors.

doors missing trim. Also doors need hardware and
capable of preforming their intended function.
