IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in place and in working
condition.
IFC 1008 Egress lights not working on some floors. Egress
signs need to illuminate at all times and egress lights
need new batteries.
IPMC 304.7 504 Water leak in unit causing potential mold to form in
unit. Mold growing behind/om furniture.
IPMC 305 Water damage on walls and carpet from leak.
Surfaces shall be maintained in good, clean, and
sanitary condition.
IPMC 504 Faucet in bathroom needs replaced since it currently
does not work.

IPMC 403.5 Dryers in laundry room are not exhausting to the
exterior of the building they are exhausting in
laundry room.
