IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed
in basement. CO detector is needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.
IPMC 304.13 Basement windows leaking and need replaced.
Every window and frame shall be kept in sound
condition,good repair and weather tight.
IPMC 304.15 Front door and rear door need adjusted to close and
secure without forcing lock sets to lock. Doors need
new weather strips installed and doors adjusted in
jambs.
Trim is missing above rear door.
IPMC 403.2 Bath exhaust fan needs to exhaust to the exterior of
the unit. Spray foam is used to stop debris from
falling from ceiling and this is not fire rated and not
approved for this application
IPMC 306 Missing kitchen drawer fronts that need replaced.
IPMC 305 Potential for mold to grow on Concrete walls in
basement from water leak.All surfaces shall be
maintained in clean,good, sanitary condition.
