installed to code.
IPMC 504 Water supply lines not installed to code. Draft hood
not secure. Discolored water at tap. Sewer gas smell
in building.
Water heaters were installed without permits and
inspections.
IPMC 403.2 Bath Exhaust not working and needs replaced.
IPMC 603 Furnace filter needs changed and vents need
cleaned.
AC not working in unit. Mechanical equipment shall
be maintained in a safe working condition and
capable of performing its intended function.
