CO detector is needed in vicinity of bedrooms. IPMC 304.13 Window in bathroom needs replaced with a tempered window that meets code. Currently window and frame not maintained in sound condition,good repair and weather tight. IPMC 605 Electric outlet in living room does not work. All light fixtures shall have proper globes installed in all lights. IPMC 504 Toilet needs reset on floor. Water heater installed does not meet code and was installed with out permits.WH is also missing discharge tube. Draft tube not attached to WH.WH manufactured Apr 2018. Sanitary waste line on bathtub not installed to code, Currently has an S trap and this is not allowed. IPMC 30.4.7 Roof is leaking into house. Basement is wet and bedroom ceiling is wet from water damage. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior portion of the structure. IPMC 305 Potential mold growth in basement entryway and bathroom window. Mitigation shall be done to remove mold growth from house. Ceiling in living room is missing ceiling tile. IPMC 305.2&305.4 Bathroom floor has floor damage with holes in floor. Sub floor needs replaced and new tiles installed over sub floor. Structural members shall be maintained structurally sound and capable of supporting the imposed loads. IPMC 108.1.3 Currently structure is unfit to occupy. Unit is unsafe, insanitary,and other noted violations constitute a hazard to the occupants of the structure.
