IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors in each bedroom and outside
of the bedrooms.Smoke detectors needed in
basement and in the upstairs.CO detectors is
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation wall has movement.Water is leaking into
basement.Walls shall be maintained free from holes
and breaks and maintained weatherproof.
Foundation walls should be supported from further
movement.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and gutters need repaired.Water is draining
off roof and possible causing damage to foundation.
IPMC 304.15 702 Front door and egress not attainable because door
is not maintained. Screen door has bungee cord
holding door shut and not able to get egress from
the inside.
IPMC 504 Discharge tube missing on water heater.
IPMC 403.2 Bathroom exhaust fan need to exhaust to the
exterior of the house. Discharge shall be to the
outdoors and not recirculated inside the house.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in bathroom needs repaired around exhaust
fan.
IFC 906 Update fire extinguisher is needed in unit.
IPMC 603 Mechanical equipment shall be properly installed
and maintained in working condition and shall be
capable of preforming the intended function.AC unit
that is installed is not in working condition.
